Located on the ground floor of The St. Regis Bangkok hotel, internationally-acclaimed Zuma has built a post in the heart of Bangkok’s Rachadamri. A nod to its other global siblings, this modern hotspot is set beautifully with wood and granite accents and serves authentic Japanese food with a twist. Think Izakaya, but chicer. You can choose between dining a la carte or their set menus designed to share. However you’ve been warned, you’ll be fighting over the black cod (it's truly heavenly). This place definitely has a great ambience, but just make sure you have your wallet handy, a meal here won't come cheap
Top dishes: miso black cod, rib eye steak, wagyu gyoza, soft shell crab, seabass sashimi, dessert platter
Dining on their outdoor landscaped terrace is very chic, but we prefer it during the cooler months
In true Zuma fashion, they have an open kitchen, where you can watch all your favourite dishes being prepared
