“Plant, Raise, Understand”

PRU meaning Plant, Raise, Understand is an intimate and romantic restaurant located in the five-star resort Trisara just moments from the beach in Choeng Talay, north Phuket. PRU is inspired by the different eco-systems of Thailand and uses local ingredients farmed from their own organic garden and nearby farms. The beautiful meals tell a story and are very creative and unique offering surprising flavors and textures that gourmet lovers will adore. PRU is a One Michelin Star restaurant and the first restaurant in Thailand to be awarded the Michelin Green Star.
