“Futuristic fine dining”

One of Phuket’s treasures in the restaurant scene, Acqua is one of the few revolutionary fine dining spots on the island. All thanks to Chef Alessandro who hails from Sicily, he has taken family recipes from his home in Italy and turned Acqua into one of the first modern restaurants in Phuket. Expect lots of dry ice, smoke and wacky food presentations, you’ll think you’ve walked into a magic show. Whether you delve in their degustation menu, or decide to do a la carte, rest assured whatever you’ll be eating will be magnificent.
