“One-of-a-kind dining ”

Ultraviolet can only be described as a one-of-a-kind dining experience when you step foot into their world. Chef Paul Pieret created this unique concept through his training in fine French cuisine, where he’s only able to serve 10 guests at a time per night, yes you read correctly. The restaurant is set in one room with only 10 seats at the long dining table, you’ll start to wonder what you’ve let yourself into. This basic space is then wildly transformed into a world of color, sound, projections and light, bringing you to different parts of the world. Definitely one for the books, make your reservations in advance as much as possible.
