From the heady heights of floor 102, Tosca delivers a dining experience to remember. The sublime views from the tallest building in Hong Kong are just spectacular and the fine Italian cuisine is everything you would expect from a Michelin star restaurant. The décor is stately and stylish, perhaps a little dated, but the menu is certainly innovative without being too fancy. Chef Pino Lavarra delivers dish after dish of deliciousness presented beautifully with a wonderful balance of colours and flavours. The staff and manager have an obvious passion for the restaurant which is shared with diners through their expert knowledge and top-notch hospitality. While this is not the cheapest Italian restaurant in town, it is worth spending a bit extra for the spectacular setting and service.
