Tin Lung Heen is the highest Chinese restaurant in the city wooing diners with fabulous views, gracious service and no less than two Michelin star awarded cuisine. To get that special window table requires a booking well in advance but what an experience it is to see the twinkling Hong Kong lights from such a height. Chef Paul Lau Ping Lui presents delicious Dim Sum, a la carte and a particularly impressive degustation menu. The barbecued pork is a must-try along with the wagyu beef, abalone, prawns, crispy pork, the list just goes on! The menu is a little pricey but the atmosphere, impeccable service and oh so tasty Cantonese cuisine creates an experience that is well worth it.
