“Naturally modern”

Sofia Coppola sums it up nicely. In an interview, the director of Lost in Translation was quoted as saying Park Hyatt Tokyo is one of her favorite places in the world, singing the praises of this sanctuary of silence in a hectic city. Though the hotel will forever be associated with the film, it can easily stand on its own, just where it is, proudly looking out over the city and southwards towards Mount Fuji. The luxury is restrained, the service is top notch, and the hospitality that comes with age is nothing short of sublime.
