Michael’s career with Four Seasons started in 1997 as Director of Food and Beverage in Jakarta and Bangkok. He was promoted to Hotel Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Chinzan-So before continuing his career at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore. Michael returned to Japan for his first General Manager role at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi. In 2011 his next move was to Bali to oversee two properties Four Seasons Resort Jimbaran Bay and Four Seasons Resort Sayan. Returning to Thailand the second time, he was based in Chiang Mai to be the General Manager of both Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai and Four Seasons Tented Camp Golden Triangle.
